This Kanjeevaram silk saree has a peacock blue body woven with beldhari stripes of gold zari. Its red korvai border is richly woven in gold zari with a diagonal trellis pattern, interlocked with the body in the traditional korvai technique. The pallu is woven in rani pink with zari stripes, bands of zari work and small buttas. Rich and regal, it is made for weddings, receptions and festive occasions.
