Aradhya Silks runs aradhyasilks.com from Mahalakshmi New Town Layout, near TCI Bus Stop, Madanayakanahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 562162, India. This policy explains how we handle your personal data when you browse the site, sign in, place an order or talk to us. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

• When you order: your name, email, phone number, delivery and billing addresses, and what you bought.
• When you pay: payments are handled by our payment providers on their secure pages. We never see or store your full card or bank details.
• When you sign in: your email address. Your account keeps your orders, saved addresses and wishlist.
• When you contact us by WhatsApp, email or phone: your number or email and what you tell us.
• If you join our mailing list: your email address.
• When you browse: technical details such as your IP address, browser and device, kept by our hosting and store providers for security and to keep the site working.

• To process, ship and deliver your order, and to send you order and delivery updates by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
• To run your account and keep your wishlist across devices.
• To answer your questions and handle exchanges.
• To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
• To send you news and offers, only if you've agreed. Every message lets you unsubscribe.

This site keeps only what it needs to work:

• A sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in, for up to 60 days.
• A cookie that remembers you've already entered through the temple doors, until you close your browser.
• Your bag, wishlist, recently viewed sarees and sound setting, saved in your browser's own storage.

We don't use advertising cookies. Shopify's checkout and sign-in pages set their own cookies, described in Shopify's privacy policy. You can clear cookies and site data in your browser at any time; the site will forget your bag and sign you out.

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with the companies that help us run the store, for the purposes above:

• Shopify, which runs our store, checkout and customer accounts.
• Payment providers, to take your payment.
• Courier partners, to deliver your order.
• Cloudflare, which hosts this website.
• WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to message us there.
• Government or law-enforcement authorities, when the law requires it.

Some of these providers may store or process data outside India, under their own safeguards.

Our checkout, sign-in and customer accounts are run by Shopify. Shopify processes the data you give there to provide its services, and with some of its features may also use data about your visits to our store, together with other stores, for purposes it's responsible for, such as fraud prevention and personalised advertising. This is described in Shopify's Consumer Privacy Policy (shopify.com/legal/privacy/app-users).

You can opt out of Shopify sharing your data for personalised advertising at checkout.aradhyasilks.com/pages/data-sharing-opt-out, and exercise your rights over Shopify's use of your data at privacy.shopify.com.

We keep your account details while your account is open, and order records for as long as Indian tax and accounting laws require. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

The site runs over HTTPS, sign-in uses one-time codes instead of passwords, and only the people who need your details to serve you can see them. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will tell you if a breach affects you, as the law requires.

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
• Correct, complete or update it.
• Delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it.
• Stop using it for marketing, or withdraw any consent you've given.
• Name someone to exercise these rights for you if you're unable to.

Write to our Grievance Officer at care@aradhyasilks.com. We aim to respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Our store is for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if you think we have, contact us and we'll delete it.
